Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you a confirmation. We may decline an order — for instance if we cannot make it, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless your region is displayed in another currency, and include GST where GST applies. Prices can change, but never after you have paid. If a price is obviously wrong, we will tell you before making anything and refund you if you would rather not proceed.

Made to order

Every garment is printed when ordered. Small variations in ink density and placement are inherent to printing on cotton and cotton-fleece garments and are not faults. Colours on your screen will differ slightly from cloth.

The artwork

The designs, artwork, wordmark and site content are ours or licensed to us. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the artwork. Please do not reproduce the designs commercially.

The figures we design come from myths that belong to everyone. Our particular designs of them do not.

Limits

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, and where a Consumer Guarantee applies our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Returns and size swaps

Each HEREDITAS garment is printed for your order; nothing is held in stock. We hold new orders for 24 hours before sending them into production. Within that window you may cancel for a full refund, or change the size at no cost. After 24 hours the garment is being made and cannot be stopped. Making then takes 2 to 5 business days before your parcel is posted; delivery estimates on our shipping page are estimates and the outer limits are real.

If a garment is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we will remake it or refund you in full. If a garment does not fit, we will swap it once within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with the replacement at our cost. You may also return a garment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you simply change your mind, unworn and unwashed. This applies to the shirts and the VENATOR hoodie alike. Within Australia we refund your return postage; on returns from outside Australia the postage back to us is at your cost. None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
