Free postage over A$55
Everything ships free on orders of A$55 or more — in Australia and the United States alike, the VENATOR hoodie included. That is two shirts, or the hoodie on its own.
Below A$55, postage is charged at the rates quoted at checkout.
What postage costs
Postage is quoted live by our fulfilment partner at checkout, based on where you are and what is in the basket. It is charged as a first item plus a smaller amount for each additional garment, so a second shirt costs far less to send than the first. You’ll see the exact figure before you pay, never after.
As a guide, at the time of writing:
- One shirt to Australia is about A$12; five shirts about A$20
- The hoodie to Australia is about A$31
- One shirt to the United States is about A$6; the hoodie about A$11
Those are indicative, not a price list. Rates are set by the carrier and move with the exchange rate. The figure at checkout is the one you pay.
Where two options appear, Economy is slower and cheaper, Standard is quicker. Both are tracked.
The hoodie is a heavier, bulkier parcel than a shirt, and below the free-postage threshold the carrier charges accordingly. Over A$55 we absorb it.
How long it takes
It is made after you order it, so there are a few days in the workshop before it goes anywhere — 2 to 5 business days — and then however long the post takes to reach you.

The hoodie is made in a United States workshop, which is why an American order arrives faster than an Australian one. We’d rather say that plainly than hide it.
Those outer limits are real, not decorative. A small number of parcels take the long road. If yours passes the outer limit, write to us and we’ll chase it or remake it.
Changing your mind about the size
We hold new orders for 24 hours before they go into production. Inside that window, tell us and we’ll change the size at no cost — the hoodie included.
After it arrives, any garment can be returned or swapped within 30 days if unworn and unwashed. Within Australia the return postage is on us — post it back, keep the receipt, and we refund the postage with the garment. From outside Australia the postage back to us is at your cost. We would like that list to be longer and it will be. Orders are made at whichever workshop is closest to you, which keeps postage down and usually avoids customs charges.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves. Tracking can take 48 hours to show movement.
Duties and import taxes
Orders outside Australia may attract import duty or tax in the destination country. That’s set by your government, not by us, and isn’t included in what you pay at checkout unless the checkout says so. It’s yours to pay.
