We do not operate a shopfront or a warehouse. Every garment is made when it is ordered, so there is nothing to visit — but there is always a person on the other end of the email.
Common questions
I have ordered the wrong size. Tell us within 24 hours of ordering and we will change it at no cost, before the garment goes into production. That is always the fastest fix. After it arrives, any garment can be swapped once within 30 days if unworn and unwashed, with return postage at your cost — the detail is on our returns page.
Where is my order? You will get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves. Tracking can take 48 hours to show movement. Delivery estimates and outer limits are on our shipping page.
Something is wrong with what arrived. Write to us within 30 days with your order number and a photograph. If it is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we will remake it or refund you in full — your choice, and you will not pay return postage.
